Breastfeeding supplies and equipment.

Private Breastfeeding Classes

A lactation consultant will take history of birth and breastfeeding experiences. She also takes a history of  yours and the baby's health. She/he will want to watch a feeding and take a look at your breasts and how your baby breastfeeds. The LC will also take a look at your baby and see how he reacts and interacts with the breastfeeding experience. The LC will also coordinate care with your primary Health care provider, for the best outcome for you and your baby. The LC will also give and suggest care for the breastfeeding dyad.

Remember that if you are having problems it does not only take medical and breastfeeding advice, it also takes the tincture of time to correct. The good LC will also refer to other specialists in medicine and specialty areas of breastfeeding.
